2car brick garage has 2 doors. Want to replace with 1 big door. We have a brick column in center of the two doors.

Will this be hard to remove

I am going to assume if you have a brick center support column, that the outside of the house is brick too.

Not easy, but doable- but much tougher to avoid cracking the exterior surface in a brick house than regular studwall construction, and even if your house has only brick facade takes great care to avoid cracking the brick facing, so you need to find a contractor who has done this in brick.
