Normally the new flooring contractor (or general contractor if there is a GC doing the job) will do the takup and disposal, if that is what you are asking.

If you are asking cost, depends of course on what you are working around (cabinets, etc if any) and very strongly on whether the subfloor has to be removed from under walls or all the way to the wall (as opposed to within about 1/2-1 inch using a skil saw) or not (which can easily add 50-100% to removal cost in some cases to replace it under walls because it is rotted), but generally with normal flooring-area only removal and normal access for getting the material out of the house, and normal range dump fees, I would guess you are looking at minimu about $500 (not knowing square footage you are talking about) and for normal room/kitchen sized area ballpark $10-15/SF for removal and replace one layer of subflooring plywood - typically 50-150% more if the tiles or adhesive are asbestos containing.
