Sounds like you are talkiing a package unit, or maybe (especially in your low-heating area) a Heat Pump. Depending of course on the efficiency of the unit and exact model, you are talking probably in the $4000-5000 range for the unit itself, and probably at least $2000-3000 installation cost.

You do nto say what sort of system you have now, but in a low heating area like you are in, I might consider a separate lower output furnace and a separate A/C - typically more in the $2000-3000 range for the furnace and $4000-5000 ballpark for the A/C - installed - so depending on the supplier you might save a couple thousand. This assumes the Manual J calculations show that the heating demand is quite light, as I would expect for your area.

I would select several well-rated and reviewed Heating and A/C contractors (your Search the List category) and let them propose one or two systems each - allowing both package unit (all in one) and separate furnace and A/C in the bids. Many times in very cool or very hot areas package units are imbalanced enough in their output relative to the demand that they are not worth the cost. Not to mention that failure on either the heating or cooling side means both functions are out - I am not a big fan of household systems putting all their eggs in one basket like that.
