Getting someone to take your trees for the wood (especially a company) is rarer than most people think it is, and also carries liability risks - see the previous questions with answers about cutting/removing trees in exchange for the wood in the Lawn & Garden > Tree Service category under Browse Projects, at lower left.

Tree Service would be the normal Search the List category to find a company to do this is by "seats" you just means some logs with one side slabbed off by chainsaw - if you mean building log seating, then a Landscaping company or a specialty company that does chainsaw carving artwork or such (no Angies List category for that) would likely be your best bet.
