Angie's List: Why does your Roofers listing say some roofers are Grade A and some are Grade B?

Ratings are assigned based on customer ratings for various factors like cost, job satisfaction, etc - these are factored into one overall rating on a scale of A-F, just like school report cards - so the A rated ones are the highest rated, B second but fair ratings, C marginal or steer away from, overall D and F ratings keep far away from.


And firms with D or F overall ratings do not show up in Searches except if you search by the company name itself.
