Approximately how much should it cost to replace a level concrete driveway that is 80 feet by 10 feet?

Depending on what part of the country you live in, from as low as $3 something to $5/SF in some of the midwest and south, to commonly more around $5-7/SF in much of the country, as high as $7-10/SF in expensive areas. $10-20/SF in a few very high priced union urban areas or jobs with severe work restrictions (narrow streets, limitations on parking in the street, on busy street that needs traffic control, etc).
