Bathroom remod due to leaky toilet and tub over flow, what's the cost (Maine)

I'm in Southern Maine. The bathroom is small-ish. Tub, toilet and vanity. Floor is rotting. Tiles are peeling up. Lamanant? I'm handy enough to remove the flooring, and lay new tiles and probably lay new sub? floor ; plywood?.... but not strong enough for tub, toilet or vanity removal. The shower walls probably will need replacing as well as the toilet, planning to keep as much as I can. What is the cost am I looking at? I'm al cheap-o.

Also. Would a contractor allow me to do some of the work while they over-see my work?
