Build - scratch built - commonly about $2500-5000 for that sizew, depending on whether it has loft storage, rollup door, etc.

Purchased wood shed - built by a Builder - Sheds - generally $2000-3000 range in that size.

Kits - plastic like Rubbermaid around $400-500 for simplest ones, around $900-1500 for more rugged sytles, metal $500-1500.

Be sure before you decide on scratch/kit or pre-built, whether you can reasonably get a prebuilt delivered to where you want it - because to MANY people's surprise, a 10' shed will NOT (at least if travelling at less than about 5-10 mph) go through a 4-5 foot wide fence gate.
