Chris from C&R installed a brand new heat pump in our house in May. We have had nothing but complications from it and him ever since. We not it wasn't properly cooling our house and tried contacting him numerous times and it has been one excuse after another. The first was his brother died in a car wreck so of course we understood and told him to contact us when it was convient. He never did. We waited a little over a month and contacted him again. This time he was in Texas. So he said he would call us when he got back. He called my husband on Friday said he would be at our house on Saturday to look at the unit and he never shows. No cal, no text. Nothing. My husband tries calling him and texting him and he doesn't answer until Sunday. Gives him another excuse and says he will be at the house Monday to look at the unit again. Still no show. No call, no text. Nothing. This is very common from him. He'll install your unit. Then when you have problems he will put you off. We wish we never went with him. It has been nothing but a headache with this company.
