I used Kuehn several years ago when my a/c wasn't working. He said my a/c unit needed to be replaced and claimed the heat exchanger in my furnace was cracked and I needed a new furnace too. He wanted to tear out a wall in the finished basement to access it. Got a second opinion, only needed some freon. More than 20 years later, with both furnace and a/c still working just fine, I replaced the 30+ year old furnace for a more energy efficient one, and the wall was not touched. Still using the same a/c unit.
