Can I please have a refund?

Please look in my account and see it has not been used for almost 3 years now. Can you please provide details as to how I can request a refund on the charge of $24.99 that just posted to my account? I did not want to renew this membership.

Not sure if this information is needed, but the company I work for (mHelpDesk) is a subsidiary of HomeAdvisor, a major brand of the IAC whom just purchased Angie's List. I am willing to submit proof if needed.
