If you call your insurance company - many agents have a night/weekend call forwarding or referral number to the claims center, or look up the claims center number directly. Many insurance companies can help get theis done weekend/nights/holidays. This assumes your deductible is low enough that the tree removal (probably $500+ if decent size tree, commonly twice that or more for large tree laying on roof) will be more than the deductible. Of course, if it went THROUGH the roof almost certainly time for an insurance claim, and both tree removal service and Roofer.

If you for whatever reason do NOT go through your insurance company, at least take ample photos for the record and keep record of your calls to vendors so you have a prayer of being able to recover in the future if the $ amount goes over your deductible.

Tree Service is the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for this type of work - most larger ones have emergency numbers in their listings or a weekend/night emergency response or answering service.
