Can an electrician run existing TV cable to a different spot?

I want to move my TV to a different wall, which happens to be interior, and need to install both a cable outlet and a new electrical outlet. I have a crawlspace, though it is pretty narrow where the wall is. Can an electrician do both jobs in the same visit, or do I have to get the cable company (Directv) to do the cable part?

Most will, but not all electricians have or carry with them all the time the coax cable, connectors, and connector crimping tools so be sure to ask Electrical contractor(s) you call up front about that.
