Mold Testing (which it appears you have no need for) and Remediation is the Search the List category for this.

I would say the furniture, if find furniture, you might be better off going with a Furniture Repair and restoration firm. And for the pictures/paintings, almost certainly a professional art/photo (as applicable) galleary or studio with restoration credentials. Paintings they can get it off and restore - photos usually not because the mold killing chemicals generally bleach and smear photos, so the usual solution there is digital rephotographing or scanning the photos then photoshopping them to remove the mold damage.

A mold remediation company can certainly remove the mold in the basement - but your problem is excess moisture, so you need to remedy that issue too to prevent recurrence. Might be from any combination of generally minor moisture through the foundation and basement slab (which is natural), moisture from open sump pump pit, condensation from conditioned or outside air going downstairs and condensing as it hits the cold foundation surfaces, or could be due to actual waterinfiltration through the walls/slab.

The former cases generally proper HVAC ventilation and dehumidifciation and control of conditioned/outside airflow can solve, or if the basement is generally damp or wet from outside water then you can see many previous questions with answers about that in the Home > Basement Waterproofing link under Browse Projects, at lower left.
