You can sue anybody for anything - does not mean you will win.

In this case - what do you win if you sue - a court order prohibiting them from doing it again maybe ?

Also, depending on your state, simply cfrossing your yard without criminal intent is not necessarily illegal or actionalbe unless your property is legally "posted" with no-trespassing signs.

I would contact the owner and complain if you want to pursue this - and I guess you could get nasty and post a negative review on AL, but that sound really obsessive to me.

Now - IF they planted a sign on your property without permission, that is technincally trespassing - but all a court acti9on (after many $) would be likely to get you if a court order for its removal. If planted on your property for sure, easiest thing is probably to just pull it up and destroy it so they don't get the advertising benefit out of it.

And maybe ask your neighbor to talk to them about where the property line is, assuming it is not fenced.
