You did not say if interior or exterior (or both) how much surface prep is needed, light washing or heavy cleaning, if similar tone/shade or possibly lighter over darker (which commonly needs priming or another coat, whether a blew-and-go spray job or a lot of hand detaill painting of trim and such, quality of paint and number of coats, doors and trim included or not, if there is any staining or clear finishing needed, whether this is unfinished interior or fully finished or not (mandating a lot more protection), if furnished or vacant, etc, etc.

But - you can find some ballpark typical cost ranges in the Home > Painting link, under Browse Projects, at lower left.

But bear in mind for a given job, between licensed, bonded professionals and unlicensed and commonly illegal summertime part-timer blow-and-go spray artists there can commonly be a 2:1 or even 3:1 difference in price. You generally get what you pay for, so I recommend FIRST choosing several well-rated and reviewed contractors to come and give bids, then choosing from amongst them - not going for the lowest price you can get.
