I would expect about $50-125 materials and if rezdily accessible in a pit or manhole, minimum service charge for labor by a plumber - commonly $75-300 depending on local labor rates, around $150 plus or minus $50 probably most commonly for most of the country.

If one of the ones mounted down into the tank, might be up to about double that labor charge - and in some types of installations the tank has to be pumped dry to get at the factory-installed alarm, in which case they will probably recommend a replacement after-market surface-mounted one not down in the tank - which can run on the order of $500 or more.
