Enough to cover all your operating and overhead and cost of capital costs, and make a fair return/profit on your investment. Asking on a site like this is dangerous - follow too low an answer and you risk losing your shirt on the job, too high and you needlessly lose jobs.

Also depends on how dirty the surfaces are you are working - whole mega differance between a deck with peeling paint which hasnot been cleaned in 20 years and an annual washing. Also matters what you are washing them for - difference in the level of cleaning needed for just appearance or for repainting a house, for instance.

Basically comes down to this - if you have to ask because you are not experienced in that work, then maybe you should not be bidding the job. And since it sounds like you are not experienced in this, bear in mind you can do a LOT of damage with a pressure washer - stripes and fuzzed wood or cut-through vinyl on buildings, swirl marks on drives from using a wand too aggressively or too close-up rather than brush type, etc.

For typical ballpark costs, you can find previous questions with answers in the Home > Pressure Washing (or is it Power Washing) link, under Browse Projects, at lower left. Commonly about a 3:1 or 4:1 cost difference between handymen or weekend workers with a home-model or rented pressure washer in the trunk of their car, and professional pressure washing companies with power washing brushes for walks/drives and water tanks on their truck and a variety of cleaning equipment and solutions.
