Cost to remove & replace 500sf concrete driveway/walkway. Location, Suncrest in Draper, UT. Project for 7/2015.

New driveway & walkway to be fully radiant heated with materials by WarmZone. Current driveway & walkway is appx 5 yrs old and appx 500 sq ft total. Townhome was new construction 2009. Stoneleigh Heights.

I hope you realize the primary reason the original drive only lasted 5 years is the heating, right - that wrecks havoc on concrete even when done right, which VERY few driveway/sidewalk installers know how to do - so I would not count on more than 5 to maybe 10 years life at the outside.
