Their headquarters appears to be in Grand Rapids MI - not sure if what you got is a west-coast office or a scam - but Gilbert is a really out of the way tiny place on the Arizona-New Mexico border, so a LONG LONG ways from any concentration of condos, so that would alert me right off the bat - I would at leat check with company headquarters to see if this is legit, particularly since the company website has a warning about scammers using their company name on mailings and eMails.

I would certainly get an attorney on board to vet any paperwork - because one of the scams is supposedly selling the timeshare, but in reality it is still in your name even though a timeshare sale company has sold your interest to some other person in your name - so you get into the middle of unpaid bills, still "own" the timeshare, plus now in the middle of a criminal fraud copmplaint againsat YOU.
