Do you put on fan fold then house wrap over it or the other way around?House wrap then the fan fold

I'm putting on new vinyl siding my house currently has old cedar shake. I am going to remove the old cedar shake my question is do I put down the fanfold pink insulation and then housewrap over the fanfold. Or do I put down the house wrap and foam fan fold over that.

Here is another link to a couple of similar questions about under-siding insulation FYI:

BTW - I just remembered I saw a 2" closed cell polyiso fanfold product at a trade fair (so about R14 to R16), comes with a prodigious amount of board all folded and wrapped on a pallet and put up as one item - so when I was talking about the negligable insulation value of fanfold I was talking the normal 1/4" or 1/2" thick EPS/XPS product commonly available, with a R value of maybe about 2 if you stretch your imagination.
