Not that I know any place in Orlando, but a lawnmower tuneup is relatively simple. You need to: change the oil, replace the spark plug, check (and possibly replace) the air filter, sharpen and balance the blade. You should be able to accomplish all this within an hour, not counting the travel time to get the new spark plug/air filter.

First, check you owner's manual - it will have information on the required maintenance. There will also be information on how to change the oil (essentially drain out the old oil and then add the new old)

For the spark plug, remove the old plug and take it to Home Depot/Lowes and purchase the same one. There will be a code on the plug.

For the air filter, remove the old air filter and, if necessary (looks dirty/clogged), take it with you to Lowes/Home Depot and purchase the same one.

For the blade, remove the blade and take it to some local shop that will do the sharpening. In my neck of the woods, the local ACE Hardware will sharpen the blade for $4.

All of this is fairly simple and requires little technical knowledge or skill (outside of righty/tighty; lefty/loosy)
