Roofing would be the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed roofing contractors in your area. I do not find any reviews on AL for that company - even though it says the profile page has been listed for 4 years.

I do have to say you went about this sort of backwards - to establish the amount of the credit (presumably to reroof) you would want a bid from a reputable contractor tht you are ready to have do the work soon after closing - not get a bid from a contractor which you might then, upon che3cking references on, decide is not a good choice - and then find out he was low-ballingthe bid and that the amount allocated in the credit is not enough to have the job done by a reputable contractor that you actually choose to do the job. This is a common mistake by homebuyers.
