Hello all!!! Having a new house built. The downstairs shower drain is offset. It looks lts off like half inch.

Appears to be sealed but once hair starts filling up curious if drain will become cone very slow real quick.

Not only might it clog up easily, I don't see how an offset connection is going to be leakproof. I would bring it to the builder's attention (immediately if in a location where it will become inaccessibe as construction continues, and add it to the punchlist of items to be corrected. If this is the biggest mistake that needs correcting you have an angel for a contractor.
