Honeywell water heater replaced thermopile only stays lite for minute when i push the button the red light do blink

Unless a military heater, probably the gas controller is Honeywell - not the water heater. Check in the back of your owner's manual (or look up at water heater manufacturer's website) for the error codes (blink pattern).


Other possibility is the overtemp sensor (some of which are non-reusable) tripped out and needs resetting or replacing.
