How do I get cigarette smoke out of auto upholstry?

Considering purchasing a used truck which has fabric upholstery. The first thing I noticed when I got in was the stale cigarette smoke smell. Being an ex-smoker, I am particularly repelled by the smell. The decision to purchase the truck depends on whether or not that smell can be eradicated short of replacing the upholstery. Thanks!
