How do I clean porcelain wall tiles and natural stone floor tiles in my new shower? How often? What products? Need professional help?

you should clean the porcelain tiles with a mixture of casile soap(i like the rose hep fragrance) and baking soda,,,mix it until it is the texture of a soft scrub. grout area use a hard tooth brush or a grout brush scrub in and let soak for a while then rinse well.
you can also use it on the natural tile floor or you can use Ivory soap which is PH balanced and should be used on any natural stone expecially marble when using any thing wet on marble please make sure to dry well because water can stain your marble.
you can clean with these products as often as needed, they are all natural and can not ruin your tiles or stone.
