How can I get a copy of the Big Deal agreement I signed/paid for (Nest Expressions). Non-refundable? Explain

If I can't get the work done, can the $99 be a credit if the business agrees to apply it to something else?

Hello, this is Kyle K from the Member Care Department.

Big Deals can be refunded as long as no work has been started. If you run into any problems after the project's begun, we can work with you and the business to resolve the issue. Keep in mind that companies must be well rated on the List to participate in the Big Deal program. They know members are likely to report on them once work is done.
