How do I discontinue membership and get a refund on auto renewal?

I am being charged an automatic renewal fee which I did not sign up for. I want to discontinue membership in Angle's List as it is no longer needed.

You need to CALL Angies List member services - because based on many previous similar questions, trying to do it by eMail or onthe website does not work - not that calling seems to work much better. here are several previous similar questions with answers FYI:

BTW, FYI - except for membership or how-to-use Angies List questions (which even then sometimes sit unaswered for days), the responses on this Ask forum are not by AL staff - they are by individuals who choose to follow the questions and provide answers - so a given question may be answered in minutes, in days, or never - depending on who happens to be checking for new questions at a particular time and whether that questions interests them.

For member services contacts, EXCEPT for cancellation which you have to call for, you can eMail memberservices@angieslist.com.
