My apologies for not having your questions answered sooner! If you log in to your Angie's List account, you should see a search bar at the top of the screen that looks like this:
If you're on the "Search the List" tab, you should be able to search by category, i.e. "plumbing" or "roofing," or you can directly search for a company by name, i.e. "Mike's Plumbing" or "Joe's Roofing."
From there, you will be given a list of reviews from members in your area that describe recent services. Reviews will have a grade from A to F, just like a school report card. You can read the reviews from other members that will hopefully help you when making a hiring decision.
