How do I get rid of a scratch in my stainless sink that has rusted?

There's a small, not terribly deep scratch in my stainless sink and it's starting to rust. How do I fix this?

buy aspecial stainless steel cleaner or make a paste with borax powder and lemon juice let sit in scratch seversl minutes then scrub with a old toothbrush rinse off with warm water then buff dry totally dry then apply a tiny amount of clear fingernail polish to coat blow dry apply polish only in crack or scratch wipe off any acess will be good as new . also to keep new plastic areas in your kitchen new purchase Meguiars natural shine protectant this stuff is awesome its kept the plastic outside of my 20 year old fridge icemaker dispenser (black) looking like new
