In any written cancellation request, please include your name, address and phone number so we can identify your account. If you need to make some adjustments or cancel only a portion of your memberships, please let us know specifically what changes need to be made.
Your request must be received no later than 5:00 pm ET on the day prior to any scheduled renewal date. You can locate your renewal date after logging in by visiting Manage My Account from the My Account drop down menu.
Annual memberships are backed by our 110% satisfaction guarantee. You can receive a full refund, plus 10% as a thank-you for giving us a try any time during your first year. Sorry, no refunds for monthly memberships.
