Depends on your local labor costs, how many zones and heads you have and whether they are fixed, popup, or oscillating (rainbird type); what pipe repairs are needed, why the pump needs remounting (or is this a new pump ?), what the wiring troubles are, etc.

For a normal household system with maybe 3-4 zones and maybe 15-20 sprinkler heads coming off one controller and pump, I would expect certainly $200-250 minimum assuming only a couple of cracked pipes or broken off heads plus the pump/rewiring from controller to (? - pump, or maybe control valves ?) work, and could easily get into the $500 range or even higher depending on the scope of work and on how many heads need replacement (like have a bunch of them been frozen or hit by a mower set too low ?).

Your best bet, if you think the work is substantial, and since you cannot get a decent estimate until the conditions are known, might be to get one contractor with good ratings and reviews (Lawn Irrigation is the Angies List Search the List category for this) to do a written diagnosis and provide a quote for him to do the work - then if that sounds too high to you, get a competing bid from another contractor based on the diagnostic report.
