Depends a lot on the vendor you use - from cheapest quickie lock changing guy to full-capacity locksmith to Dealer - but commonly around $150-200 for first lock with a key, probably like $100 for each additional lock (on same job) from locksmith - probably around $200-250/lock at dealer. This would include a single door key - additionals commonly about $50 for door entry key only, more like $100-150 for electronic keys (mandatory on some cars to prevent alarm going off about 30 seconds after you use a door-only key to get in if you don't put ignition, key in), new programmed fobs another $250 each range commonly.

That brings up the other problem - if you want the door key to act as ignition key too, then probably about $150-250 additional at regular auto shop for that (to change out ignition lock) or about double at a dealer.

So - can run $500-1000 pretty quick to change typically 3 door locks and ignition and new keys.

You don't say WHY you want to do this - talk to locksmith or dealer about what you want to achievge - the REASON for this change - because if the locks are functioning fine and this is because of a boyfriend/girlfriend/divorce/key theft situation, where you just want to bar entry to someone who might have a key (or fob), just recutting keys and the locks to a different key pattern, and reprogramming the keys and any fobs to a different security code can be done on some cars - don't know if Pacifica is one or not, but might cut your cost down to more like $250-400 range.
