How much for concrete wrap for existing piers for fha finance

I want to buy a single wide, I have to go FHA. There's something you can put on the piers so they will accept it as a permanent foundation.

Depends on what you have now - and some building code areas do not allow "wraps" so makesure to check on that too. For it to meet FHA requirements, will certainly need a design by a Structural Engineer - and most likely his signoff on the finished product too.

On the anchors - can be integral to the foundation - either earth anchors down through the foundation, or separate anchors thying the trailer down to the foundation, or built-in anchors using the rebar in the foundation for anchorage - so several ways to handle it, one or more of which might work with what you have now if it is capable of being integrated into the new foundation.

Cost highly variable depending on what you have now and local code requirements, and on whether in a designated hurricane or flood zone - can run as little as a thousand $ in some cases, more into the couple to several thousand sometimes - especially if your trailer or manufactured home is an external frame type which needs a perimeter foundation rather than just piers.

Another option - in the purchase agreement, require that the current owner have the foundation/tiedown work done at his expense and provide an engineer's signed report showing that in his opinion it meets the federal trailer/manufactured home requirement.
