If you mean a true "WallBed", as originally sold by Sears or Monkey Ward or one of those stores, where it fits into the wall itself, commonly $500 minimum range on up to $1000 range in normal stud walls without plumbing or wiring needing relocation.

If you mean a free-standing (or maybe only a couple of point tie-back to the wall) kit unit, here arew some previous similar questions with answers which should help answer your question.
