I am assuming this is a deck supported off the ground and maybe one side supported off the house - not a cantilevered balcony, which would normally get you up into the $50-100/SF range real quickly.

You not say how high, or what type of footings it has - i.e. can the existing ones be reused, etc - nor what type of quality you are looking for. You can find a fair number of previous similar questions with answers in the Home > Decks and Porches link, under Browse Projects, at lower left - including ballpark pricing.

Typically, decks run about $10-30/SF (including one normal stair to ground) with normal woods (generally $20/SF+ for more than about 2-3 feet off ground), $20-40/SF with treated wood, $30-60/SF with treated framing and synthetic woods like Trex (I shiver even typing that), and $40-100/SF with higher end woods and with metal decking. Concrete elevated porches commonly would be in the $30-70/SF depending on loadings and height above ground. A lot depends on height, ground conditions, frost penetration depth, whether tied to the house or essentially independent and essentially just next to but not integral with the house, etc.
