Assuming legal for your zoning area (contact Planning and Zoning department about that), commonly about $15-30/SF installed for pre-fabricated metal one dependng on fanciness and on wind/snow loading it is designed for, though some screened gazebo kits (DIY install or probably about $500 by a Handyman) run as low as about $3-5/SF in smaller sizes, more like $10-20/SF in your size. These would be for on-ground level - $10-20/SF more if elevated off ground.

Full sunroom/porch aluminum prefab kits generally run more in the $30-50/SF range installed (screen enclosed, not glass) - again without raised (more than a foot or so) deck.

For stick-built, depending on wind and snow loads in your area again and on whether this will be sitting basically on the ground (like a screened-in patio) or an elevated deck, commonly about $40-70/SF from simple concrete pre-cast pier on ground deck construction on up to full flooring with shingled peaked roof and under-roof soffit liner and maybe a bit of lighting or fan and such, on up to $100/SF+ and more for basically a fully enclosed sunroom with many opening windows and such.

Of course, those are ballparks - Builders - Garages/Sheds/Porches would be your Search the List category for a builder - or an Architect to do a from-scratch design for stick-built construction from scratch.
