Don't know what a foci outlet is - I suspect your fingers pulled a dyslexia on you and you meant to type GFCI - Ground Fault Circuit Interruptor.


Depending on brand and color about $7-20 per GFCI outlet, unless there is terrible access should be minimum service call labor charge for an electrician to do the replacement - $75-300 from cheapest to highest labor cost areas, but normally in the $125 plus or minus about $25 range in most areas.
