I have a mirror with glue on it. Some pictures were glued on the mirror and have since been removed but the glue is still there. What do I do to get it off?

A straight edge razor ,, blade on one side metal (non sharp) on the other. Scrape off glue,, presto ,, clean mirrar. Other more mundane solutions,, lacquer thinner or acetone. Kinda expensive to buy for such a little need. Or combine the chemical with the razor if job is big.

On the razor blade thing - you can get holders for single edged razor blades if afraid of holding by hand (it does have a rounded metal edge to hold onto on one side, razor sharp on other) - use at a low angle to the mirror with a slicing carving motion rather than straight push, and avoid digging the corners in as they can scratch some glass, leave metal streaks on other harder glass.

Laquer Thinner - most nail polish removers are laquer thinner. Rubbing alcohol or paint thinner will also work on some glues. Also lighter fluid and automotive brake cleaner.
