How much to replace two offset load bearing walls on one post

Two load bearing walls come from opposite direction offset by about 6 ft. First will tie into.existing beam of second fl cat walk to bedrooms. I believe its the span of the home. The first replaced the 12 ft wall that devided kitchen from livimg area. Second beam comes from other side of the house and ties in to same cat walk beam, but about 6 ft short of first beam.. only want one post...
