Depends on your specific locale of course, and on whether you have tall rooftop protrusions which need to be removed or protected from the tenting (normal 1-3 foot pipe and vent prtrusions and normal height chimney not an issue, antennas are usually the issue) - and of course on whether the house is one or two story or more.

And of course, especially in your area, if there is an enclosed patio or it is a mission house with courtyard or such, that increases the size of the tenting because it will be treated too unless very large or it has valuable trees which cannot be killed off (though it is best to treated enclosed patios and such too in case there are termites shallow under the brick or pavers, which if ungrouted the gas will generally penetrate fairly well.)

For your locale and single story, I would be expecting around $1.50-2.25/SF. Last time I was involved in a tenting in Ca (north of LA) was about a decade ago - ran about $1.25/SF then on a spread-put single story with clay half barrel tile which added to the cost because it had to be tented using a crane, with no walking on the roof, which would be equivalent to about $1.50 now - that included preventative spray treatment around the perimeter as well.
