Question DetailsAsked on 12/12/2011

I have 4 nu pro windows. One won't shut all the way now that I've opened it to wash it. It may be off the track but I can't fix it.

The window is at least 15 years old. We've never been entirely delighted with the way the windows work but this is the first time I can't completely close the bottom window. This window unlatches so it can open from the top and lean inward so the outside of the window can be washed. It doesn't seem to engage the spiral track and it willnot go completely down. It stays up about 1/4th inch.

You must have knocked the pin out of the shoe block. Very simple repair. If you are in the N. Y. Metro area contact me TheNewWindowman@aol.com
