I also have a 52 in sayno that has the spots on it what will it take to fix it

And I also have a crack on the outside of the screen could that be a reason for the spots

Assuming the spots are not fingerprints, which can sometimes be buffed out with the proper type of cleaner for your screen type, sounds like a damaged screem unit.
