Question DetailsAsked on 4/26/2016

I am looking for a HVAC contractor for my condominium...how can I filter the search?

looking for someone that services my area...zip 22209 and offers a 1 year maintenance plan...I noticed some plans say single family homes, residential only (which I assume includes condominiums), but want to be sure before choosing.

AL cannot filter for those that will work condos - though if an independent unit for each condo, most contractors who do houses will do that tuype of unit too. Though some contractors will not touch condos or planned living communities at all because of the same reason I stayed away from them whereever pssible - too many hassles dealing with neighbors claiming you damaged their property or wishy-washy condo or homeowner's associations who will not settle on a contract in a reasonable manner or who take forever to pay their bills.

You will have to call around to Heating and A/C contractors (your Search the List category) to find a couple to come out and give you a bid.
