Unless you are a full-price membership member, they don't want to talk to you on the phone, so sorry - sounds loike they consider you a second-class member.


Your alternative is the eMail your refund request (or even demand the 100% money-back guarantee) at memberservices@angieslist.com


Angies List has had a LOT of complaints, continuing for several years at least now, about people being billed for unwanted or cancelled memberships - getting your card info out of the their system seems to be a very tough thing to do, based on the comments submitted.


Or if you are sure you did not sign up for Angies List or previously cancelled, contact your credit card company (or bank if using debit card) and report this as a fraudulent transaction. The credit card company has to refund the charge while it is being investigated, and enough such complaints and a vendor gets its carde processing contract cancelled, which puts them out of business because they cannot provess card payments.
