Question DetailsAsked on 1/13/2016

I'm in SC. Crawl space 4 ft high. foot print 2200 sq ft. 22 vents. No HVAC ducting. do I close vents in winter.

Crawl space is dirt and dry. No plastic sheeting. Underside of floor is insulated. All brick home and is 10 years old. Very confused by different answers. Some say close, some say open, some say never close. I was considering putting down 6mm plastic sheeting.
