Depends on size of course - for a normal 10-12x40 house trailer size, house only with tiedowns/blocks but without removing any in-ground foundation, commonly a thousand or two. For a large like 24x72 might run more to the $5,000-10,000 range. Foundation removal, if required, can run another thousand to three commonly depending on whether slab (easier) or in-ground.

In very low cost part of the country or with a hungry trailer moving or demolotion contractor with people and equipment sitting around idle might run as little as half those numbers, but I would not count on that till you have it in writing.

Also - if putting in a new manufactured/modular home, the seller (if they have in-house installation crew) might cut you a deal on the removal/disposal of the old one - just be sure to get a firm price committment on the new one before talking removal so the removal price with hefty markup does not just end up in the new unit price.
