I changed my email that was attached to my account and now I can't cancel my membership. HELP!

I have tried calling your phone numbers and logging into member services but since I moved the phone number and email address that I originally used no longer exist and your process does not allow me to contact anyone. I do not want to continue having the membership fee taken out of my account and your process is not allowing me to do that.
