I have a complaint and would like to speak to a live customer representative please!

Angies' List has caused an overdraft on my account and I had cancelled it before because I was told that I no longer had to pay for the service. I am seeking a prompt refund of $9.99 and the $35.00 fee that I was charged for Angies'
List submittal of an auto debit unbeknownst to me.
I really need to speak with a live representative to resolve this
matter.
